The Planting Library

A tree this considered deserves to be planted well. The Planting Library gathers what forty years of growing — and of lifting, moving and re-establishing field-grown trees — has taught us, set down plainly so that every tree that leaves our estates settles into its new ground the way it grew in ours. The knowledge here comes from the rows, not the reference shelf: it is the same standard we apply to every tree we dig, load and deliver.
